Before I say some thing I have to say who am I? I am not a Brahmin.

But I love them a lot, because they are the Guru’s for every thing in India, they are the first literates, they taught us every thing initially then only rest of the people learnt some thing and became as literates so I personally feel that they are really great community we should respect them. I guess they will rock again in the feature with their talent.

Reservations: Really people need those decades back not now. Now every body has their own status (irrespective of castes people become strong financially) and every where world people looking for talent, how good you’re in the subject matters not like which cast you’re from...Etc. So in the current generation There is no need of Reservations.

Kiran, how stupid are you to still think in this way.Brahmins are not the reason for India being a third county but people like YOU are.You guys are the one who were begging for reservations and can you tell me one simple reason why you need it?? you guys make more money than Brahmins but you need reservations because you are not as hard working as Brahmin is ...we slog and struggle and get more marks than you but still end up in one normal college and you guys with 50% marks get seat in a great university....I guess it is high time that we really sit back and think why the heck we (including brahmin, women)need reservation...why do you care wht caste a person belongs to in the first place...if that person is capable and eligible then she or he gets it , peirod...stop blaming some one else for something you cant achieve...

So everything that has happened to India, is to be blamed on brahmins ?, now the country is progressing because of un educated , selfish brutes like you ?.
What about the british, the mughals, the portugese ?, the fact that you are called Kiran a hindu is ascribed to brahmins, i suggest you immediately change your name to Dick or something like that, because the names/language has been developed by brahmins, the food has been developed by brahmins, the lifestyle has been developed by brahmins, and above all India as a nation has been existing because of brahmins ....well i am not saying this but this is according to you ;)

Better yet if tomorrow you get cancer or something like that, blame it on the brahmins.

HI everyone, I just saw this video and read the comments.
I am sorry to say that all of you who are pro or against one another's view do not have a sence of maturity. IT is an irony that Those who claims themselves a mutured thinker uses slangs. Well I don't want to comment anyones view, but I would like to put my view here,,,it is my personal opinion that what ever has happened in past we should not carry over that. We all should come out with the thoughts of upper cast and lower cast. Consider oneself as a human being only and do your work properly whatever is assigned to you. Do not discriminate any work or work status. Do not consider your status as per your past gotra etc, evaluate yourself what you are . If you want to come up in the society, put merit in your self. At the same time do not favor people those belong to same cast but give the right opputunity those who deserve it, irrespective of caste and religion. The day we will follow this, we will be secured from the present filthy politics and politicians. We need to change the definition of present politics. Politics is ment for making policies for raising a good society not ruining it. This is the only way we can make a better INDIA and make our self a proud Indian. Thanks to all.

Kiran, I guess you are a politician if not you can try in politics you will have a good carrier for sure as they to will talk in the same way as you are, all meaningless crap words. Think if you study hard for an entrance exam and you get a good rank but you are not getting a seat in an University as some other guys who got a very less rank compare to you is given that seat. Reservation system is a problem in India and politicians are using it as a weapon and above all people like you who talk with out thinking are supporting them. Come out my dear think broad don’t get narrowed down.
Give complete fees exemption for those people who are economically week but don’t make people lazy by offering seat or jobs based on cast even though they don’t study or deserve it which will make India more week.

I personally beleive that all the visitors of this Website are learned people and it is quite emberassing to learn that even now people are caring for their caste!
And I strongly beleive that there should be a reservation based on the situation of the person and not by his caste or creed.
There is no point in helping a person who has flourished enough taking advantage of his caste.
please do help a person immaterial of his caste if they are in need of it.
Coz This is the best we can do to eliminate rationalism from the society... Delete Comment

Poor Brahmins. They give their life for education and knowledge and some stupid moron get the jobs. this is the reason why india is behind still.we could have done wonders with out these reservations this is not that others shouldnt gain knowledge or they cant do anything . prove ur self with out these reservations dont fall for some fuckin politics.who will stop u. we cant see intellect cleaning bathrooms and toilets.ofcorse if he didnt gain knowledge may he is resorted doesnt matter if he is a brahmin or other caste. dont play these cheap dalit politics.nobody discriminates u gave name to yourself for every fuckin excuse..leave the caste and prove ur self kiran

The issue is very clear in india, people dont like caste base reservation, because it spoil the humanities and raise caste base fight every where in india as well as other country. It is a time to come in front and down those politician who spliting the people on caste base by way of reservation and other propoganda to be stay in power.

You Fool, the problem is about reservations based on cast instead of economic conditions. If we INDIAN's had a tit-for-tat attitude (like you are saying for Brahmins vs Dalits), we could have thrown British out of our country long time ago.
